1. Booking and Confirmation:
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Ultra Nepal Travel.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation, which will be communicated during the booking process.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation along with detailed itinerary and essential travel information.
2. Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all travelers have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and helicopter rescue services during treks.
- Proof of travel insurance may be required before embarking on certain high-altitude treks and adventure activities.
3. Travel Documents:
- It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, are valid and up-to-date for the duration of the trip.
4. Health and Safety:
- Our itineraries are designed to prioritize your safety and well-being. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.
- High-altitude treks require adequate acclimatization. Our guides will monitor your health during the trek, and decisions regarding the itinerary will prioritize your safety.
5. Discount Policy:
- For Group: Our Company provide 10% discount for group from 6 members and more than that. if less then 6 member then no group discount will be applied.
- For School/ College Group: Our Company provides you the reasonable price to school or college group who are willing to do Volunter in Nepal
- Business to Business: Our Company provides special rate to agents who are willing to work with us.
6. Travel Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to cancellation fees as per our cancellation policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy and may take a certain period to be completed.
7. Life Time Deposit:
- Advance received from client will be deposit as life time deposit if they are unable to visit in schedule date.
8. Changes to Itinerary:
- While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or other external factors may require changes to the schedule. Our team will make alternative arrangements to ensure a fulfilling experience.
9. Responsibility and Liability:
- Ultra Nepal Travel acts as an intermediary between you and the suppliers providing various travel services. We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages during the trip.
- We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes in itineraries caused by airlines, transportation companies, or other external factors.
10. Code of Conduct:
- Travelers are expected to respect local cultures, customs, and traditions during their stay in Nepal.
- Any illegal or unethical activities will not be tolerated, and appropriate action may be taken in such cases.
11. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the laws of Nepal and will be resolved amicably through negotiation.
12. Agreement and Acceptance:
- By booking with Ultra Nepal Travel, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms provided during the booking process.
